District Goals

(1) Student achievement should target exemplary levels vs. minimum standards.

(2) Our school will be a positive learning environment. All students will demonstrate positive character values and morals with an increase in student achievement.

(3) We will plan resources to match instructional and program goals.

(4) We will increase positive involvement of parents and community in student education process.

2. COURTESY: Be courteous by using appropriate language and behavior.
3. RESPECT: Respect yourself, others and school property.
4. SELF-CONTROL: Complete all assignments on time and do your best.
5. EMPATHY: Treat others as you want to be treated.

  SVCS is.... Making Connections That STICK

In 2006, SVCS won a $35,000 HP Technology for Teaching Grant, one of only 130 in the nation. In 2007, our work was rewarded with one of only 15 national $75,000 HP Leadership Grants. Check out our 2006 "Making Connections that Stick" project portfolio and our video.
