| Madison-SVCS Reorganization Study |
In response to declining state aid and rising costs, Stockbridge Valley and Madison Central Schools have applied for a grant to study cost saving opportunities through reorganization and/or shared services. Both communities will be actively involved in both the data collection phases and any ensuing reorganization proposals. Should a merger vote be recommended, both communities must approve the proposal twice before reorganization could take place. This webpage will provide information that is collected as part of the study so that citizens may make an informed decision.
