AIS READING
Students who attend AIS reading classes at SVCS were chosen from results on the aimsweb benchmark test that is given to all students in the fall, winter, and spring, NYS ELA test scores, and from teacher recommendations. Student's performance in their ais classes and regular classroom is monitored on a regular basis and they are dismissed from ais when they reach the appropriate benchmark level.
