Dana Chapman is the current Interim High School Principal of Stockbridge Valley Central School. “I am excited to be back at SVCS and looking forward to working with the staff. The first two rounds of interviews are complete for the hiring of the new Principal and the process seems to be moving forward well. Thanks go out to the folks that have assisted with this. I expect to be here each day throughout the rest of the summer,” said Chapman.

 

Mr. Chapman has a long background in education and in Madison County. During his career, he worked at a residential school, taught special education, was the acting Superintendent at the NY State School for the Deaf, and was principal of Hamilton Central School. Since his retirement from that position, he has acted as interim principal at various schools in Madison County.
