Central New York Annual Scholastic Art Competition is hosted by Onondaga Community College. The region covers a very large geographic area – 13 counties and almost 400 eligible schools in CNY. Each year they adjudicate over 4,000 pieces of art from about 200 teachers and between 80 to 100 individual schools, making the program one of the largest in the country. More than 70 professional artists, educators and photographers select award winners during the judging process. All the award winning art pieces are on view at the Whitney Applied Technology Center at OCC. The exhibit will be open to the public from Wednesday, January 11th through Friday, March 3rd, 2023.
Hailey Beecher, Keegan Byron, Caeleigh Harrington, and Scott Josephs, also entered work to be considered.
