SVCS Elementary students participated in Wellness Day on Tuesday, January 10th. Each grade level rotated to different stations led by our SVCS staff throughout the day. These stations included physical activity, game play, a dance party, bucket drumming, brain puzzles to solve like coding robots and "escape room-like" scenarios. Students also each created a part of a giant name quilt that will be displayed with all of our students' unique artwork! "Students worked on collaboration, problem solving, and all of the character traits we have been talking about this year (teamwork, being self-directed, empathy, responsibility, and respect). A great day was had by all," said K-6 Principal, Julie Suber.
